In keeping with its hyper-local growth strategy, Milford, Conn.-based Total Mortgage Services LLC has opened a new branch office in Fairfield, Conn. that will be headed by industry veterans Joe Bartolomeo and Thomas Bepko.
Bartolomeo, co-founder of Total Mortgage Services, is a 25-year veteran of the mortgage industry. Earlier this year, Connecticut Magazine named Bartolomeo a top mortgage professional.
Bepko has 10 years of mortgage industry experience. He joined the industry after a stint in the U.S. Army. Both men live in Fairfield.
The opening of the new office at 1873 Post Road will help Total Mortgage Services expand into other Fairfield County towns, including Bridgeport, Easton, Weston, Norwalk and Westport.
