Transwestern Announces Alliance With BNP Paribas Real Estate Houston-based Transwestern has announced a new strategic alliance with BNP Paribas Real Estate, a division of the Paris-based BNP Paribas Group.

According to the companies, the new strategic alliance will ‘focus on occupier clients and enhance services to both companies' clients throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India and the U.S. The partners will seamlessly deliver service across borders managed by a single point of contact, provide a consistently high level of service through close-knit teams and serve clients more effectively due to their combined offerings and global reach.’

Larry P. Heard, president and CEO of Transwestern, says this agreement will provide his company a wider operating field.

‘The alliance gives Transwestern the ability to provide real estate and transactional services for clients in 181 cities in 30 countries – 150 where BNP Paribas Real Estate is located and 31 where Transwestern is present," he says.

Two Transwestern executives – Chief Operating Officer Mark Doran and U.S. West Coast President George Garfield – will co-lead the alliance's activities.
