Ken Harthausen has joined Urban Settlement Services, d/b/a Urban Lending Solutions, as senior vice president and strategic sales executive.
In addition, Julie Bussey has joined the company as senior vice president of business development.
Harthausen previously served as president of the Correspondent Lending department for Chrysalis Holdings' wholly owned subsidiary, New Day Division. While at Chrysalis, Harthausen was responsible for setting the strategic direction, growing the origination and reverse mortgage volumes, and increasing the division's revenue by millions.
Bussey previously worked as the executive vice president of sales and marketing and was senior director of business development for Integrated Asset Services. Prior to that, she held various sales positions during her 15-plus years in the mortgage industry and was responsible for negotiating multimillion-dollar agreements with Fortune 500 and the government.
In their new roles, Harthausen and Bussey are responsible for development and growth of strategic accounts.
