U.S. Real Estate Services Inc. (USRES), a nationwide appraisal management company (AMC), is using Platinum Data Solutions' RealView appraisal quality solution to further improve its quality control efforts.
The solution will enable USRES to quickly and efficiently verify appraisals for compliance, consistency and completeness, Platinum Data claims in a press release.
Appraisal quality has become a critical issue for appraisal management providers, as recent industry regulations and guidelines have changed the way appraisals must be ordered, created, reviewed and stored.
