Appraisal management company Valuation Partners has named three mortgage and valuation industry veterans to its management team: Damon Zeigler, vice president, vendor management; Amanda McIntyre, vice president of operations; and Rick Smith, vice president and controller.
Zeigler brings more than 22 years of appraisal and mortgage industry experience to Valuation Partners, with particular expertise in client relations, vendor management and financial analysis. He has held numerous senior-level operations and vendor management roles in the appraisal and real estate services industries, including 21 years at LSI. At Valuation Partners, Zeigler will be responsible for broadening the company's appraiser and Realtor networks.
McIntyre has more than 10 years of appraisal operations experience in addition to a background in customer service and support services. She previously served as operations manager for Valuation Partners. In her new role, she will be responsible for improving the company's operational systems, processes and policies, including its management reporting, information flow and management, and organizational planning.
Smith brings more than 30 years of specialized real estate finance experience to his new role, most recently from Cavalear, a real estate firm. He will lead Valuation Partners in securing the financing and capital requirements necessary to meet the company's current and projected growth, while directing its overall financial management, reporting and forecasting.
