Diane Swanson has joined Valuation Vision, a nationwide provider of alternative valuation products and technology solutions, as senior vice president of national sales.
Swanson has nearly 30 years of real estate valuation and technology experience. Prior to joining Valuation Vision, she directed asset valuation services sales at First American, providing BPO and appraisal solutions for the default services market.
Before that she worked as vice president, valuation, outsourcing and technology solutions at CoreLogic, where she oversaw business development and growth for all aspects of valuation and technology.
In her new role Swanson will lead Valuation Vision's efforts to provide alternative valuation solutions for national lenders and servicers. This includes leveraging her technology experience with the company's proprietary modular valuation platform to provide custom valuation solutions for select clients.
