Venta, which operates Venta Wholesale and Alterra Home Loans, has automated every single facet of its lending business using the platform. With LendingQB's LOS, it has achieved a seamless workflow from the point-of-sale through funding, transparency across operations, automatic compliance audits, a completely paperless environment, reduction of cost-per-loan and greatly enhanced employee communications, according to a press release.
Prior to LendingQB, Venta took a multi-vendor approach to building an end-to-end solution, but the system failed to meet expectations. In fact, it ended up hampering inter-company communications, prevented visibility and disunited key functional areas involved in the lending process, thus slowing turn times.

LendingQB's LOS also helped Venta with recruiting efforts, the firm reports.
