Southern California-based commercial brokerage firm Venture West Funding Inc. has arranged $13.3 million for the refinance of a single-tenant industrial building in Santa Fe Springs, Calif.
The financing was arranged through Prudential Mortgage Capital for an affiliate of Robertson Properties Group based in West Los Angeles. The 355,590 square-foot building is located at 11204 S. Norwalk Blvd. in Santa Fe Springs.
The loan is a 10-year fixed, non-recourse loan amortized over 30 years.
