Brian Fluhr has joined Veros Real Estate Solutions as vice president of marketing.
Fluhr has deep expertise in data and analytics across the mortgage industry. Prior to joining Veros, he held marketing leadership roles at First American Financial, with responsibility for marketing DataTrace and DataTree.
Before that, Fluhr spent three years as a product marketing director at CoreLogic. He began his career on the frontlines at several advertising agencies in the Orange County area representing clients all over the country.
In his new role with Veros, Fluhr oversees branding, demand generation and product marketing for all of the company’s products Additionally, he is responsible for the promotion of VeroFORECAST, which provides quarterly projections of property value trends up to two years into the future.
He is currently spearheading the launch of Veros’ disaster data set, providing near real-time insight for mortgage lenders and servicers on properties impacted by natural disasters.
