Las Vegas-headquartered Vestin Realty Mortgage II Inc., a real estate investment trust (REIT), says that based on its evaluation of the current business environment, its board of directors has decided to postpone its exploration of a possible combination of the company with Vestin Realty Mortgage I Inc.
Vestin Realty Mortgage II Inc. is managed by Vestin Mortgage Inc., which is a subsidiary of Vestin Group Inc.
