Los Angeles-based Everest Auctions LLC has launched EverestAuctions.com, a Web portal designed to facilitate the auction of commercial real estate space available for lease.
EverestAuctions.com will debut with 22 active auctions in five states. The portal will allow retailers, commercial landlords and brokerage professionals to post a suite of space for lease, while prospective tenants can then participate in an active 45-day bidding process to win the space at the lease price to which they are willing to commit.
EverestAuctions.com will also provide tenants with the ability to search for space that meets their needs and view all major lease provisions so they can negotiate a potential lease in a faster, more efficient fashion.
