Webdigs Mortgage, a Web-based real estate brokerage, has garnered license to write loans in all 50 states, including Guam and Puerto Rico. The Webdigs Mortgage nationwide expansion is part of Webdigs' plan to support home buyers and sellers throughout the entire U.S. real estate market, the company says.
‘Our independent loan officers actively search the market for the best available mortgage rates they can find for our clients – whether they are home buyers looking to purchase a new home or home owners who want to refinance to the current low rates,’ explains Rob Buntz, Webdigs co-founder and CEO.
In addition, Webdigs recently launched a mortgage calculator that includes a cost-and-benefits analysis of every home listed on its Web site.
