Wells Fargo & Co. has expanded its multifamily financing services with a new office in Houston and the hiring of a mortgage originator. Tony Talamas has joined Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital to focus on the origination of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan programs for clients in Texas and surrounding states.
Most recently, Talamas worked as a senior loan consultant for Washington Mutual's multifamily lending group.
In Houston, Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital is located at 1021 Main St., Suite 2402 – an office shared by Wells Fargo's Real Estate Merchant Banking Group, a division that provides structured mortgage products from interim/bridge debt to mezzanine financing.
