Matt Collins has joined Westcor Land Title Insurance Company as underwriting counsel, as part of the Southwest regional team.
Collins’ diverse career includes over 35 years practicing law with extensive experience in real estate transactions, title disputes, recoupment, and creditor bankruptcy representation, Westcor says in a release.
He has served as a dedicated legal professional in various roles, including underwriter/in-house counsel with a national title underwriter and associate attorney for several law offices in Phoenix, in addition to leading his own law practice as a sole practitioner.
Throughout his career, Collins has solidified his reputation as a knowledgeable and reliable attorney in the real estate sector and the title industry.
Now in this new role with Westcor, he will leverage his expertise to navigate the intricacies of real estate transactions and resolve title issues effectively.
