Western Bancorp, a San Jose, Calif.-based mortgage company, has hired Rhett Hubbard and Dave Waddell to help expand the firm's wholesale lending operations.
Hubbard joined the company to focus on the Southern California region for wholesale mortgage lending. He brings 35 years of California mortgage and finance experience to the team. Waddell is a 30-year mortgage industry veteran whose background includes loan operations management, underwriting, funding and origination. He will focus on expanding relationships with wholesale originators based in northern California.
