Franklin, Tenn.-based Wipro Gallagher Solutions (WGS), a provider of loan origination technology and services, has entered into a strategic partnership with San Francisco-based ComplianceEase, a provider of automated compliance and risk-management tools.
The partnership creates an integration of mortgage lending compliance audits from ComplianceEase's ComplianceAnalyzer into WGS' automated loan origination system, NetOxygen.
NetOxygen's functionalities include lead and workflow management, and ComplianceAnalyzer is capable of identifying loans with potential compliance issues and allows users to review detailed analysis and explanations of failures, the companies say.
