W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital, a privately held mortgage banking firm based in Centennial, Colo., has announced a strategic partnership between its Newport Beach, Calif.-based Emery team and HOM/Sotheby's International Realty, a luxury brokerage.

Founded in 1993 as Emery Financial, the team joined W.J. Bradley in 2012. The Emery team will have up to 10 loan officers dedicated to its partnership with HOM/Sotheby's, says W.J. Bradley.
