Michael Crockett has been named to the newly created role of chief data officer at Xactus, offering verification solutions to the mortgage industry,
Crockett has almost 25 years of experience. He was previously executive vice president of data solutions at Xactus and served as executive vice president of product development at Credit Plus, prior to Xactus’ acquisition of the company in September 2021.
Crockett joined Credit Plus in 2013 to create its QA/QC division. Prior to that he held several senior executive roles at a national mortgage information company including senior strategic executive and executive vice president of operations.
In his new role, Crockett will develop and manage the data strategy for Xactus, including data-related functions such as data management, data science and the continual advancement of data innovation.
