Dimont & Associates, a provider of hazard claims management services to mortgagees, has expanded its services to include a full line of mortgage insurance claims processing services, as well as servicing compliance reviews and training.
The company's expanded services include processing for Federal Housing Administration, Rural Development and Veterans Affairs mortgage insurance claims, loss mitigation claims, private mortgage insurance claims, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac reimbursement claims and supplemental claims.
Leading the expansion is Heidi Schranz, a former project director for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's single-family post-claims reviews.
‘Our clients trust that we will recover the highest possible settlements for them while maintaining a strict focus on compliance,’ says CEO Bernie Dimont. ‘The expansion of our services to include mortgage insurance claims processing addresses the full spectrum of client needs and allows us a broader venue to maximize insurance recoveries for our clients.’
For the compliance review and training services, Dimont has teamed with GWN Consulting LLC, a Virginia-based consulting firm that specializes in servicing and loss mitigation quality control and risk analysis.
Dimont's compliance reviews address general and defaulted loan servicing, mortgage insurance claims processing, hazard insurance claims recoveries, and damage assessment and repair policy. Dimont says it also provides training, quality control and on-call expertise in all of these areas.
