Freedom Mortgage is now using LoanServ Account Connect from Sagent Lending Technologies (formerly Fiserv Lending Solutions) as its borrower self-service portal.
With this new solution, Freedom Mortgage will further empower its mortgage and credit line borrowers with always available, real-time access to their loan information through any device.
LoanServ Account Connect gives borrowers the ability to view and pay their billing statements, manage loan details and view payoff estimates, Sagent says in a release.
Context-sensitive guides boost borrower confidence in submitting requests through LoanServ Account Connect related to property damage, dropping mortgage insurance coverage, and loss mitigation.
Borrowers become more self-sufficient, increasing their satisfaction while lenders incur fewer inbound calls leading to greater cost savings.
The fully white-labeled solution is designed to strengthen a lender’s existing brand.
