The integration means users of Global DMS' platform can seamlessly tap into DataQuick's analytics to render accurate valuations. This can be achieved with in-depth, area-based metrics, trending and other data.
DataQuick's CV solution enhances the confirmation of property valuations by ensuring that specific values fall within acceptable ranges.
Global DMS' valuation management platform, eTrac Enterprise, enables organizations to manage the entire appraisal management process – from vendor management to appraisal ordering, assignment, tracking, reviews, delivery and reporting – cost-effectively and compliantly.
