Chicago-based Fay Servicing has hired Loren Morris as general counsel, chief compliance officer and executive vice president, where he is responsible for leading corporate, strategic and tactical legal initiatives.
Morris brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services, mortgage banking, servicing and secondary marketing. Prior to joining Fay Servicing, he served as the senior vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer at Retreat Capital. He also held senior and executive positions with Bank of America, Goldman Sachs and HSBC.
