South Windsor, Conn.-based Rockville Bank has hired Brandon Lorey as senior vice president and head of consumer lending. Lorey will be responsible for developing and implementing a business plan to optimize the bank's mortgage opportunities.
Lorey has 20 years of financial services experience. Most recently, he held the position of chief credit and lending officer for H&R Block Bank in Kansas City, where he led the company's loan origination and credit administration operations. Before that, he was vice president of risk, finance, operations and direct sales at Maryland's Chevy Chase Bank.
