Birmingham, Mich.-based lender Shore Financial Services Inc. has announced three new hires. Bob Fuller joins the company as head of underwriting, Greg Pappas joins as director of the secondary marketing group, and Mike Castleforte joins as general counsel and head of business development.
Fuller brings nearly 20 years' experience to the position, including management roles at Bank of Ann Arbor, MGIC and Flagstar Bank.
With more than 20 years of experience in the mortgage capital markets and the wholesale mortgage industry, Pappas most recently served as senior vice president of secondary marketing at First Guaranty Mortgage.
Castleforte, meanwhile, joins Shore Financial from the corporate department at law firm Winston & Strawn LLP, where he represented public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and public offerings.
