Situs, a global commercial real estate advisory firm, has appointed John Zielke as head of underwriting in its multifamily advisory group.
Zielke will be focused on expanding Situs' advisory services business, as well as its client base of debt and equity participants. Over the past six years, he served as chief underwriter for Column Financial and deputy chief underwriter at Walker & Dunlop. Prior to that, he held roles at Capmark Finance and Collateral Mortgage Capital LLC.
