Lenders using LendingQB's loan origination system can now seamlessly order appraisals and receive status updates and completed reports from Valuation Partners, thanks to a new integration between the two technology providers.
Valuation Partners is a national appraisal management company with access to more than 10,000 independent fee appraisers in all 50 states.
The integration means lenders can order appraisals from Valuation Partners right from within LendingQB. This, in turn, reduces appraisal order time and duplicate entries.
Lenders also can receive automatic status updates, and receive and upload completed appraisal reports, without having to leave the Lending QB interface.
Valuation Partners' quality control and appraisal review is included. In addition, appraisal invoices can be sent directly to specific lender branches on LendingQB.
