According to the company, the new product utilizes local real estate professionals to provide price opinions and local market insight with rapid turn times. Fueled by real-time data integration and advanced validation technology, BPOLite provides mortgage and investment professionals with key information needed for timely valuations at a fraction of the cost.
BPOLite features include market insight, neighborhood and performance assessments, including expert commentary; hand-selected multiple listing service data and comparables, including three listed and sold comparables with supporting data and photos; user-friendly reports containing pertinent key data found in traditional BPOs at a lower cost; and integrated mapping and aerial imagery, including a comprehensive view of the subject property.Â
