Norman Gottschalk has joined Visionet Systems Inc. as chief technology officer (CTO) for the company's business process outsourcing (BPO) division.
Gottschalk has 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, having previously held senior IT management positions at various lending and servicing companies. He began his career in 1992 as vice president of application development at Fiserv (General American Corp.), where he spent nearly 15 years. He has also held senior management positions at Lenders First Choice, DJSP and Software AG.
Throughout his professional career, Gottschalk has concentrated his efforts on business process optimization and innovation that has helped shape the direction of the mortgage industry over the years, Visionet says in a press release.
